From Gastonia  take I-85 North to I-485 South. Take Exit 1, Tryon St. (Hwy. 49 South), turn right. Follow Tryon St. (Hwy. 49 South) for 5.5 miles and turn right (west) on Shopton Road West. Waterlyn is approx. 1 mile on the right.
